The following policy will apply for any refund requests.

1. Refunds can be issued before a project is started. Once the project starts, no refund will be issued for any paid amount.
2. Project is usually divided into milestones. Once a milestone is delivered, no refund for that milestone will be issued.
3. No refunds are available after project delivery and acceptance by the client.
